About

This 11 session course will teach you how to use yoga, breath-work, meditation, and more to create a morning routine that turns into a lifestyle. The hardest part of creating change can be practicing the change you want to see. This course creates the space to actively practice movement and mindfulness in the mornings. The results? Having a clear mind before your day, increasing productivity, and decreasing stress. Starting November 7th, each session will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am - 7:00am. It will include an opening and closing yoga flow, in addition to education and practice sessions of mindfulness exercises.
